Kroger, as everyone knows, is in the food business. Since its founding in 1883, that meant selling groceries. Today, if you live in Union, Kentucky or Anderson, Ohio, they're also cooking that food and serving it in a sit-down restaurant. This is Ample’s second iteration of this site. As their brand evolved over the years, so did their identity. The new goal: to design a sleeker, brighter website that speaks to the communities in which their guests are located and showcases their food as the hero. The result: a site that showcases Kitchen 1883 as a community hub, features their fresh offerings and ingredients, and invites visitors to their now-multiple locations.
