Latency is the whole game in an agentic workflow. Sean and I get into feedback loops, parallelism, caching and server-side rendering as ways to shorten the wait, and the messy business of negotiating conflicts when several agents work in parallel environments.
Then the bigger idea: decouple from the CMS entirely and treat the website as the source of truth. That drags in framework agnosticism, platform constraints, and whether a self-contained application could be the communication surface itself.
