Although he graduated with a construction degree, Dan’s interest in web development began from his free time spent gaming and fiddling around with MySpace. He put the construction degree aside and decided to turn those hobbies into a career, first working as a lead developer in St. Louis before joining the Ample team in 2019 as a fully-remote, full stack developer. Although the construction industry didn’t work out, Dan still spends a lot of time outside — fishing, swimming, hiking and taking pictures. Inside, you may find him watching hockey, gaming, or continuing to learn about the latest developer technology.
