We didn’t just shrink down the site, we reorganized, re-prioritized and reformatted everything. As we usually do, we asked the question, “why?” Why are people coming to White Castle on their phone?
There’s not a single answer of course, but the elephant in the room was clearly the store locator. It needed to be ready, willing and able to perform. So we streamlined and simplified until it was up-to-speed. From there it was just filling in the gaps. Making sure the menu worked well for the format, the photos and videos uploaded by users were popping up quickly – and were easy to access. And of course, we made sure the entire mobile experience left you feeling like White Castle really knows what you crave.
